IMPACT is an acronym for Intentional Missions Preparation for Collegians and Teens.  Teams are founded and focused on two main principles: discovering God for life change and IMPACTing lives for world change.

IMPACT Teams are organized and led by VISA Ministries' staff as a means of educating young people in the art and science of missionary service.  It's meant to be an introductory course, setting the stage for life long learning and mission involvement.

Each summer IMPACT Team members gather from across North America for a time of study and training Stateside before embarking on a journey across the globe for cross-cultural ministry.
